PRESENTATION:
In this live web presentation, professional photographer and workshop leader David W. Shaw will discuss how knowledge of your subject can play a vital role in creating a successful image. Drawing on his years as a wildlife biologist, Dave will explain how a deep understanding of the wildlife and landscapes you photograph will help you create more compelling images.

FINE PRINT: We can only guarantee critiquing your first image IF You Rename Your File Accordingly: it includes FIRST, your priority number 1, 2 or 3. Then your NAME, and Title of your image. NAME is required only for administrative Purposes. For Example: “1 Jones D Shadows” Deadline for submitting images will be 10:00 PM of the Friday prior to our meeting.
IMAGE SIZING: reduce all images to Resolution of seventy-two, and, for horizontal images 1440 pixels wide. For vertical images 930 pixels high. • OFF TOPIC IMAGES will be deleted at the request of several members

David W. Shaw is a full-time professional outdoor photographer, writer, and workshop leader. His images and articles have been published in hundreds of magazines and books around the world. Dave leads a series of popular photography workshops and tours in Alaska, Africa, South America, and the lower 48. He is fortunate to split his time between Alaska and Colorado, two states with abundant photo opportunities.
