CRITIQUE THEME: Drone Photography / or a subject from ground level you would like to shoot from a Drone. OR you may submit any image you would like.

PROGRAM: SHOOTING FROM A DRONE

Initially a short intro to “what and how”, and FAA Regulations (hobby vs Part 107 Certification requirement.

Steve will then share several of his Drone shots. Then discuss opportunities for creativity, how to approach owners for approval to shoot. A short version of Do’s Don’ts”.

Ways to “see” before to lift off.

Then your last name, first initial and Title of your image. NAME is required only for administrative Purposes. For Example: “1 Jones D Shadows” Deadline for submitting images will be 10:00 PM of the Friday prior to our meeting.

Image Sizing: reduce all images to Resolution of 72, and, for horizontal images 1440 pixels wide. For vertical images 930 pixels high. • OFF TOPIC IMAGES will be deleted at the request of several members

Steven resides outside of Louisville Kentucky and is constantly on the go every week traveling throughout our country. I did just recently shoot The San Francisco Opera House and some of these will be in an upcoming Time Magazine article about the principal people there.

I will be shooting the upcoming ACM Awards in Nashville TN Nov. 10th.

This year I am already at 124 shoots, all over the country, and have another 15 scheduled. A little busy!

UPCOMING SEMINAR: I will be doing a “HOW TO MAKE MONEY IN PHOTOGRAPHY”, a 3 Day Intensive seminar in February. This will be IN-PERSON in Louisville KY, shooting for the first week of February.
