NOW ACCEPTING ENTRIES FOR MAPLEKNOLL JURIED ART SHOW – CLOSES JUNE 4TH MIDNIGHT

As a member benefit, you are invited to enter our Juried Print Competition for displaying up to 5 images into our semi-annual Mapleknoll Village Art Show. Your prints will hang in their main hallway from June 19th to July 25th. Your prints will be available for sale.
Opening Night Reception June 19th. Time TBD
Unsold prints are available for pickup on Monday and Tuesday, July 28th and 29th.

What: A Photo exhibit open to the public.
Where: Maple Knoll Village, 11100 Springfield Pike, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246
Exhibition Themes: PEOPLE, PLACE & TRAVEL, ELEMENTS OF DESIGN.
PEOPLE – Captures human experience across all stages of life and activities: including prints of people in all occupations.
PLACE & TRAVEL – Including images that show the wonders and adventures of travel photography, highlighting PLACE as an important part of the print. Include the location in your title. All subjects you are likely to encounter while traveling if your print expresses a sense of PLACE.
ELEMENTS OF DESIGN – including prints whose focus is on the fundamental elements of design: texture, line, pattern, and shape.
Rule: To protect the interests of our member participants as a whole and the reputation of our exhibit, submitting a price that is near or below the material costs of your artwork, plus the margin charged by Mapleknoll, and therefore, an unrealistic low ball margin, which will harm other members ability to earn a fair profit, will be removed from our exhibit.

STATE THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF IMAGES YOU’RE WILLING TO EXHIBIT. WHILE FRAMING IMAGES APPEARS WELL, WE DO NOT NEED TO FRAME OUR ART. ALSO, IMPORTANT, SEND YOUR NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS AND TITLE OF EACH IMAGE ENTERED TO RICH AT [email protected].
