SUBMISSION DEADLINE JULY 11, AT MIDNIGHT

This is a seasonal program apart from our regular Shoot and Debrief session and culminates in entering the annual Spring Grove Calendar Photo Contest, if you wish. This idea was generated and researched by Sharon Naderman. Thank you Sharon for giving back to our club.

Process and select up to three images from specified sections in Spring Grove Cemetery and Arboretum.
Upload up to 3 images by Tuesday JULY 11th at our event listing site, by midnight.

IMAGE UPLOAD DIRECTIONS:

1. Resize photo:

• Resolution 72
• Horizontal Images 1440 pixels wide OR
• Vertical Images 930 pixels high To upload your photos,
• Rename your file: ie. “#1 Your Name Title of Image; then second and third image

CAPTION: During uploading enter camera setting information: Camera manufacturer, Model, Lens used (for example 70-200mm) AND focal length of shot (90mm)

• aperture
• shutter speed
• exposure compensation, if used
• filters, if use
• post processing techniques of note
• Upload your images at the event site towards the bottom, then click upload image.

All attendees are requested to prepare for their participation by reviewing all album photos ahead of time, and draft questions to ask.

REGISTRATION LINK – will be emailed to those registered the day before.

MEETING: an open-mic group discussion about the photos captured with the taker presenting their thoughts while composing the image, if available; how they photographed and then processed the image. Our goal is to encourage and help improve our work.
